Aventis, Bayer, Schering, and Pfizer will pay $49 million to Pennsylvania. The state has already settled cases with Astra Zeneca, Abbott Laboratories, GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen Inc., Baxter Healthcare Corp., Boehringer Ingelhelm Roxane, and Dey Pharmaceutical and has prevailed at trial against Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Meyers Squibb. After the current settlements, Pennsylvania will have collected over $162.35 million.
