Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia LLC and its affiliates have agreed to pay $3.8 million to resolve allegations that the company overbilled for certain prostate cancer treatment services and billed for services which were not medically necessary or approved by a doctor. The allegations were brought to the government’s attention by two separate relators who will share $646,000 in return for their efforts.
