Partner Lesley Ann Skillen will participate as a panelist at the prestigious Health Care Compliance Association’s 20th National Institute to be held in Las Vegas from April 17-20, 2016. Ms Skillen’s panel, entitled Enforcement and Compliance: Strategies for Organization Counsel and Compliance Professionals, will address cutting edge approaches to corporate compliance, including redefining the whistleblower paradigm and the use of the False Claims Act qui tam whistleblower law by companies as a way to remove dishonest competitors from the marketplace.
