Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick spoke at the ABA’s 11th National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act & Qui Tam Enforcement in Washington, D.C. on Friday.  In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the modern False Claims Act, Getnick and other giants of the bar participated in a panel discussion “on how the FCA and qui tam enforcement have changed in the 30 years since the 1986 amendments were passed.”
