ThinkAdvisor recently quoted G&G Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick on the potential expansion of the Paycheck Protection Program.  As Congress debated whether and how to increase COVID-19 relief spending, Getnick called for increased oversight of all future PPP and other CARES Act funding.  “Whatever differences of opinion may exist, hopefully providing for robust oversight will achieve bi-partisan support,” Getnick said.
