Getnick & Getnick partners Neil V. Getnick and Margaret J. Finerty will be speaking at the Thirty-Fourth International Symposium on Economic Crime in September 2016 being held at Jesus College, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.  They will be presenting on the federal and state False Claims Acts, in addition to the SEC, CFTC and IRS Whistleblower programs, and the protections afforded to whistleblowers under U.S. laws.
