We are a boutique Manhattan law firm dedicated to fighting fraud and promoting business integrity. We work with whistleblowers, government agencies and companies, guided by the principle that anti-fraud is not anti-business. Our practice was founded in 1983 and is national and international.

We fight for those who share our vision that ethical business is good business. Our whistleblower cases have recovered more than $1 billion for taxpayers and our clients have received record awards including the largest ever award for a single whistleblower. We have recovered millions of dollars in defrauded funds for corporate clients on three continents. Our corporate monitoring has helped safeguard integrity in areas as diverse as construction, thoroughbred horse racing and the World Trade Center clean-up. We counsel corporate clients to achieve immediate and long term solutions to business integrity problems.

We are active in the legal, public interest, academic, government, and business communities. Our partners and counsel include the Chairman of Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund (the national whistleblower advocacy organization, based in Washington DC), a past President of the New York State Bar Association, a Board Member and Chair of the Judiciary Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, a member of the New York State Bar Association Executive Committee and House of Delegates, and an adjunct professor at Cornell Law School. We are educators, often speaking at legal educational seminars on whistleblower laws and business integrity issues, both in the US and internationally. The Cornell Whistleblower Law Program, the first such program in the country, was founded and coordinated by our managing partner, Neil V. Getnick.

Our awards and honors include two-time finalists for the Public Justice Foundation Trial Lawyer of the Year Award, a Lifetime Achievement Award from Taxpayers Against Fraud, and the Cornell Law School’s Exemplary Public Service Achievement Award. Our partners and counsel rated by Martindale-Hubbell have all received AV Preeminent ratings for their ethical standards and professional abilities.

Our practice is based on choosing the right clients and the right cases, not on volume. When you work with us, you work with our partners and counsel, many of whom are former fraud prosecutors and all of whom have decades of experience in private legal practice.

We have achieved record results by our commitment to high quality legal work and steadfast adherence to our core values: vision, dedication, skill, integrity, compassion, leadership, and relentlessness.
